Our story
Why Mavelo exists.
Too many websites are built to be finished, not to be useful. They launch, they look fine, and nothing changes for the business that paid for them.
Mavelo started from the opposite idea. A website is a working part of a business. It should bring in enquiries, take bookings, answer questions or run a process, and it should keep doing that as the business changes. That is what “websites that grow” means to us.
So we work in a particular way. We start with what the site is for. We design every page ourselves instead of reaching for a template. We write code another developer would be glad to inherit. And we give you a real choice at the end: take the code and own it outright, or let us host and look after it.
We stay small on purpose. The people you talk to at the start are the people who do the work.

Four rules we work by.

Purpose before pixels
We ask what the site has to achieve before we open a design tool. A page that looks good and does nothing is a failed page.

Say it plainly
Fixed quotes, dates you can plan around and honest advice. If an idea is not worth the money, we will say so.

Your site, your code
You own what you pay for. Hand it to another team tomorrow and they will find clean, documented code.

Finish properly
Fast on a phone, usable with a keyboard, tested before it ships. The last ten percent is where quality lives, so we do not skip it.
