Terms and Conditions

We design and build websites and web applications, and we offer managed hosting for the sites we build. The scope, price, milestones and timeline for each project are set out in a written quote. A project starts when you accept the quote and pay the advance it specifies.

• Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate (currently 18%).
• A quote is valid until the date shown on it.
• Projects are billed against milestones. Each invoice states its due date.
• Work may pause if an invoice is overdue. Timelines move by the length of the delay.
• The price for an accepted scope is fixed. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and starts only when you approve it.

To keep a project on schedule, you agree to provide content, access and feedback when they are needed, and to approve or request changes to each milestone within a reasonable time. You confirm that you have the right to use any text, images, logos and other material you give us.

Once you have paid in full, you own the website we built for you: the design and the code written specifically for your project. With code handover, we transfer the source code to you. With managed hosting, you may ask for the source code at any time while your account is in good standing.

Open-source software and third-party services used in your project remain under their own licences. We keep the right to reuse general know-how, and code that is not specific to your project.

Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio.

For 30 days after launch, we fix defects in what we built at no charge. A defect means the site does not work as described in the agreed scope. It does not cover new features, changes of mind, or problems caused by changes made by you or someone else.

Managed hosting is billed monthly or yearly in advance. It includes hosting, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring, security updates and the monthly edit allowance of your plan. Unused allowance does not carry over.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party providers, by your own changes, or by events beyond our reasonable control.

You may cancel at any time. If a hosting invoice stays unpaid for more than 30 days, we may suspend the site after giving you notice.

You agree not to use our services for anything unlawful, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to this website, the client portal or the sites we host.

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data.

Either of us may end a project by giving written notice. Work completed up to that date is payable. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains what is refundable.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Malappuram, Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute.
