Privacy Policy

We collect information you give us and a small amount of technical information.

• Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and company name, when you send an enquiry or a project brief.
• Project information: what you tell us about your business and your project, and the files you share with us.
• Account information: your login email and a hashed password, if you have a client portal account. We never store passwords in readable form.
• Billing information: your billing address and GSTIN for invoices. Payments are made by bank transfer, UPI or through our payment partner. We do not store card numbers.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept in server logs to keep the site secure and working.

• To reply to enquiries and prepare quotes.
• To deliver the project you have hired us for, and to support it afterwards.
• To send invoices, receipts and service messages about your project or hosting plan.
• To keep our website and client portal secure, and to prevent abuse.
• To meet legal and tax obligations, including GST record keeping.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising.

We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only as much as each one needs:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers that run our website and client sites.
• Email delivery providers that send service emails.
• Payment partners that process online payments, once those are enabled.
• Accountants and tax authorities, where the law requires it.

We may disclose information if the law requires us to, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

This website uses only what it needs to work: a cookie that keeps you signed in to the client portal, and a browser storage entry that remembers your light or dark theme in the dashboard. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep enquiries for up to two years. We keep project files for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can support the work. We keep invoices and tax records for as long as Indian tax law requires.

We protect personal information with encryption in transit, access controls and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will act on a request unless we need to keep the information to meet a legal obligation. You may also withdraw consent for anything that relies on it.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will tell active clients by email.
