No. Every site is designed for the business it belongs to and written as code. That is why it loads fast, and why you are free to take it anywhere.

You do. With code handover, the full source goes into your GitHub account. With managed hosting, we run the site for you, and you can ask for the code and move away whenever you like.

No. Prices are shown before tax. We add 18% GST on the invoice, and you get a GST-compliant invoice with our GSTIN that you can claim against if you are registered.

Projects are billed against milestones, starting with an advance that books your slot. We accept bank transfer and UPI. Each invoice appears in your client portal with payment details.

Fixed. Once you accept a quote, that is the price for that scope. It changes only if you ask for something outside the scope, and we agree the cost with you first.

Choose handover if you have someone technical who will host and maintain the site. Choose managed hosting if you would rather not think about servers, backups or updates. The build price is the same either way.

A frontend website usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. A full-stack website usually takes 5 to 10 weeks. Custom builds are planned in stages, and we give you dates for each one before work starts.

A short brief: what the business does, who the site is for and what you want it to achieve. The Start a Project form walks you through it in a few minutes. Logos, photos and copy can follow later.

Yes. You get a client portal with the milestone plan, a staging link that updates as we build, and a message thread with the team. You approve each milestone before we move on.

Every project includes revisions at the design stage. Changes inside the agreed scope are part of the job. If something new comes up, we quote it separately so the price never moves without your say.

Hosting, SSL, help connecting your domain, daily backups, uptime monitoring, security updates and a monthly allowance of small content edits. The fee depends on the kind of site: one price for frontend websites, one for full-stack websites, and a custom quote for database-heavy or high-traffic sites.

Changing text, swapping images, updating prices or opening hours, adding a team member. New pages and new features are quoted separately. Unused time does not carry over to the next month.

Yes, at any time. We hand over the code and a deployment guide so you can host it elsewhere. Monthly plans end at the close of the billing month. See the refund policy for yearly plans.

The full source code in your GitHub account, a deployment guide, documentation, and a 30-day window in which we fix any bug in what we built at no charge.

The site is yours to run. If you want changes later, buy maintenance hours or ask for a quote. You can also move to managed hosting at any point. Write to support@mavelo.co.in and we will set it up.
