1.What we deliver
- Website projects: designs, a staging link during the build, and the finished website.
- Code handover: the source code pushed to your GitHub account, with documentation and a deployment guide.
- Managed hosting: your website live on our infrastructure, at your domain.
- Documents: quotes, invoices and receipts, by email and in your client portal.
2.Delivery timelines
Each quote includes a milestone plan with dates. As a guide, a frontend website usually takes 2 to 4 weeks and a full-stack website usually takes 5 to 10 weeks, counted from the day we have your advance and the content we need. Custom builds are planned stage by stage.
Timelines depend on timely content, feedback and approvals from you. If we expect a delay on our side, we tell you as soon as we know and give you a new date.
3.How delivery happens
You review each milestone in the client portal and approve it or ask for changes. A project is delivered when the site is live at your domain, or, for code handover, when the code is in your GitHub account and you have the documentation.
Managed hosting starts on the day your site goes live on our infrastructure. Invoices and receipts are sent by email within one business day of issue or payment.
4.If something has not arrived
If you have not received something you were expecting, write to support@mavelo.co.in. We reply within one business day.
